Yesterday, I would plug my iphone into my Mazda 6 which always connects to Carplay just fine. I updated to iOS 14 last night, and now when I plug my iphone into the car, it charges, but will not initiate Carplay. Any suggestions?
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14
Settings>general>CarPlay>my car
it asks if you want CarPlay to work while locked.
I’m having same issue did you find a fix?
Where is the unlock setting
Later that day, I plugged it in and now it works just fine. I don’t know if there was some background updating that was still occurring or what. I do believe I made sure it was unlocked (I already have that setting selected.)
