ApplePay refund problem

Hi all maybe you know how to resolve this. I paid by ApplePay using my Revolut card added to it. As you maybe know there is no information about your true card number than. A vendor can see only the special "device number" in the balance. What happens when, seller let the refund using this "special device number" instead a true card number. An iPhone which I used in the payment, is already sold by me. So this device number should be closed and in my new phone i had another one. Should the refund came instead of that im not using this phone anymore?

I'm curious, it take's 5 work days already and there isn't on a balance.
