Jailbroken phones after iOS 14 Update?

Both of my son's iPhone said they were jailbroken. They did not do anything. But, it appears like they could delete certain apps that I can't. They did not do anything intentionally to jailbreak it. Both of these said jailbroken today after updating with the latest iOS 14. Did anyone else have this issue after updating to the latest iOS?

I was reading that iPhones can not be remotely jailbroken. Since I know my kids did not do this, it seems like it's related to the update. Help.... any ideas what happened and how to fix?

I am curious about this too. Both my iPad and phone are saying this. I did not know about jailbreak until today, after the update. How do I know if my phone and iPad have actually been jailbroken??? I did a google search and read that I should search for cydia on my phone and iPad, but I didn't see anything.

Just poorly worded error messages by some app developers.

It should say "hey, something wrong... check for an app update"
