I don't see an iPadOS 14 update on my iPad
Why wouldn't the new iPadOS 14 show up under Software Update?
Shows 13.7 "Your software is up to date"?

As the new update has just come out the Apple Servers are experiencing heavy traffic. I am sure that the update will come through in due course, it may just be a little longer than expected. Your iPad will be able to receive the new update, so I suggest to sit tight and wait for it to come through!
