Mail settings

Hello, My special need son has altered the settings on his Iphone 6 for his "@me.com" email address which has stopped him sending or receiving emails, can anyone direct me to a resource where I can find them I keep getting the message CANNOT GET MAIL. The mail server "*****" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Any help would be much appreciated.

Email problems I’m trying to add my e-mail account to my iPhone 13 Max Pro. As soon as I enter my e-mail address and password it says everything is working. When I go back to check the account settings the e-mail address has changed to some random letters and numbers - for example outlook_E1DB4Bgahshsueb@outlook.com. iPhone incoming email not working iOs 16. iPhone 2020 SE I have two mail accounts with the same @. I configured them with the same incoming server name and password. One works and one doesn't. On the one that doesn't, the error alert is: Cannot Get Mail Server is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Thinking maybe the settings were corrupt, I configured a new account. On this new account, the error alert is: No password provided. But I typed in the password for both incoming and outgoing. I re-typed the password in both fields. I still get that "no password" alert. I have CAREFULLY retyped the settings. It still doesn't work. With both of those accounts, the outgoing email functions perfectly. Any ideas?

Email account stopped My email account stopped working/ updating on my iPhone. New messages are not posting and any sent emails are not being sent..... getting error messages about the server not recognizing etc. I have already reentered the correct/current password for both the incoming and out going servers. I have an old iPhone 5s and the system is iOS 12.5 just updated by Apple. The email account is working fine when using my laptop, with the same password. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you !

Have you tried deleting the address from Settings/Passwords & Accounts, restarting the phone, and then adding the account back?
