I watch Prime videos using my Apple TV. My video’s used to have the show’s cast information above the title. Now it just says “subtitles, etc there, which I don’t need. The movie/TV cast or actors are not listed anywhere. How can I change this back for a cast selection?

The layout of the Prime Video app is programmed by Amazon developers. Users cannot set this. The last version of this tvOS app is v1.1.6 of July 17, 2020. If something changed, then it happened months ago. The presentation on their website and other devices may be different from how it is on Apple TV (4th generation or later).
