Don't have the new Siri design on iOS 14

After the update to iOS 14, from some reason, I don't have the new compact design of Siri. Still have the old one, covering the whole screen and can't find a way how to change it. All other features work fine – like minimized incoming calls etc.

Tried restarting the phone and it didn't help.

Is it a common a problem?

I was really looking forward to it, since I'm using navigation while driving quite a lot and siri always covers directions. Thanks for help.

Edit: anyone having this problem – in accessibility turn off "type to siri".
