iTunes/apps store disabled

Hi,


it’s been about a month that my iTunes/apps has been disabled and I’m getting kind of frustrated since I need to download important apps. It does not let me download anything, and I’ve tried signing out & in but nothing works. I’ve tried contacting apple but nobody has answered. This is getting very frustrating, and I was wondering if we could fix this?

You need to contact Apple. This is a user-to-user support forum (other Apple users like you) and no one here can fix it. Unfortunately there is no other option but to Contact Apple support. See the instructions in: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


I tried using the Contact support from that link -- see below -- just now and the wait time is 2 minutes or less:


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
