Has anyone been able to get the ghosting issue fixed while the Apple stores are closed?

I've had a ghosting issue for about 3 weeks and it's getting worse. Makes calls instead of texting. Flashes through apps I rarely use. Sometimes I shut it off and on again and it helps a bit, other times that makes no difference. Anyone know how to fix this?

It is a hardware problem, and the only way to fix it is to replace the phone.
