Can't update to iOS 14

I can't update to iOS 14. My phone is compatible with the update but it says that my software is up to date even though i'm on iOS 13.7.

Updating to iOS 14 So my phone wasn’t updated to iOS 13.7, I did that about a week ago and I’m still not able to now updated to iOS 14. It’s not showing up in the software update section in my settings. Can anyone help?

why cant i update my phone to ios 15? it says it up to date but it’s only updated to the ios 14.7

Figured it out, my VPN was preventing it from showing up.
