I tried to turn on Name and photo sharing in Imessages but it doesn’t allow me, how can i make the accounts the same ( i thought they were the same already) and i didn’t purposely make different accounts please help.

We see that you are having some issues with sharing your name and photo for Messages on your iPhone. We would love to assist you with resolving this error message that you are receiving.
Based on the screenshot that you have included, you first need to verify that your iTunes and App Store account is the same as your iCloud account: Sign in with your Apple ID
Remember to check both the iTunes & App Store tab as well as the iCloud in the Apple ID settings.
Also, verify and check that this account is the same as the account that you are using for iMessage.
If the issue continues, try signing out of Messages and signing back in: Go to Settings > Messages, and tap Send & Receive > Sign out
