Missing funds

After upgrading to IOS 14, my funds are not showing in iTunes account. Any ideas?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re not seeing your iTunes account funds. We’re happy to help.


To start, follow the steps below:


Check your Apple ID balance


If it still doesn’t show, sign out of, and then back into your Apple ID. You can do so by tapping Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases. From there, tap the silhouette icon in the upper left-hand corner and tap Sign Out of Store.


Once you’ve signed in again, check your balance. If you still don’t see it contact Apple Support.
