Caller ID only indicates United States

After downloading iOS 14, when ever I get a call from someone not in my contacts the caller id is listed as from the United States in stead of city and state. Anyone know how to change back so the caller id is listed with city and state?

So I missed the last page of these comments. But yes I did update to iOS 14.1 and the issue is resolved. Thank you Apple.

Don’t bother wiping your phone or calling your carrier to complain, both approaches have been tried ** multiple people here and neither will solve the problem. This is purely an ios 14 bug which started with the betas and from one comment here, is apparently still present in 14.2 beta. I recommend this everyone submits a formal bug report to apple. The conversations here aren’t reviewed by the folks who squash bugs. Submit your formal bug report here: https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

Hey guys. I can now also confirm 100% that this has been resolved with iOS 14.2.

I'm running the beta 3 and the problem is fully resolved. Don’t bother wasting your time with calls to your carrier or Apple support. No shade but there people we have access to via toll free numbers know way less than you might expect. Just hope that 14.2 gets released publicly this week. If you really can wait then consider signing up for the free public beta at beta.apple.com
