Copying old iTunes music

They should be able to drag from the iTunes window to the SD card. If for some reason that isn't working, drag from Finder. (If that doesn't work there is a problem with your SD card.)

Are you attempting to move an iTunes library from one computer to another? If so, check out Back up and restore your iTunes library on your PC for information on that.
