How do I remove the feature of recording indication?

I just updated to iOS 14 and the Feature of recording indication always comes on. How do I remove it? i already when to control setting and turned off the “tracking” but every time i make a phone call the recording indicator (or the yellowish dot on right corner) comes on and it has the audio symbol with the work phone next to it... does that mean my phone is recording my calls??? I need to know how to disable it completely!! Please & thank you!

i'm noticing a bit of back and forth in the replies and thought i should clarify (or well more so just make sure everything is said in one), with iOS 14 there were two indicators added to iOS, there is the orange dot indicator, and the green dot indicator, the orange dot basically is just there to tell you that the microphone is in use by something (in your case it was by the system for a phone call), with a green dot it indicates that the camera is being used by something, also something worth noting is that lets say your recording a video or something, instead of showing orange and green at the same time, the green overpowers the orange and overall it just shows a green dot even though both are being used, idk why exactly they don't just show both dots next to each other but they don't and we're stuck with it for now, also to set another thing in stone is, as of for now, there are NO indicators for recording, only for use, my thoughts on why is probably for analytical purposes, lets say an app wanted to use snippets of microphone data for improvement (which may or may not be against apples terms for developers, i'm not exactly sure but lets just say it isn't), it would constantly be randomly popping up with a little recording icon, so basically overall please read this whole thing but just for conclusions sake, orange - microphone use, green - camera use, no, NO, recording indicator, only "use" indicators, i hope this helps and really clarifies things and if you have any other questions, comments, or honestly anything, feel free to ask more and i or someone else would love to help more (if needed)

edit: i'm actually noticing that this may actually pertain to reneewc more than you jess so i hope he sees it, sorry if there is any confusion and i would delete this and paste it in response to him instead but i'd rather not, and honestly just overall i think this is a nice way to put it anyways so imma keep it

What recording button? There is no such button. There is an indicator light showing that the mic was turned on which it was since you were using it while making your call. This has nothing to do with all the requests you got, those came because the insurance company you contacted checked your driving record with the state which all other insurance companies can see. Then like buzzards they move in.
