Whatsapp does not give me notification when not open. When I open again, the notifications starts to pour in. I have made background data refresh to ON, allows notification in whatsapp settings. When I use web.whatsapp, the app gets disconnected from phone when the phone is locked. Can any one help me with this please

hello rahulraj987 ! You should go to Settings > notifications > whatsapp > Allow notifications. Do this step and you will get whatsapp notifications on your screen. If this tips doesn’t work try updating whatsapp. May be the app is not working properly. Hope it will help.

tried. not working still. Will try after ios14 update
