switch Crave profiles on Apple TV

In Settings- Apps - enable “automatically update”

Or in the App Store- Purchased- will show your Apps and what recently updated. Look for your App to see if there’s an update for it.

I don’t know the model of your Apple TV so if yours doesn’t have an App Store, you’re out of luck on using the App Store and updating Apps Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Not all apps have the same features in the devices they run on. So it’s up to Crave to update their Apps to work with current software and what it is they are including (user profiles etc)

If they have now updated to work with the most recent tvOS14, you should update to tvOS14

You would need to contact Crave about this. It’s their App.

You have the third generation, no App Store and now I believe user profiles with Crave aren’t Available on any Apple TV.
