switch Crave profiles on Apple TV

We have different profiles set up to keep track of our own lists. We can easily find them online. I have activated our Apple TV and i can log in but there is no option to select different profiles there.

Any clues?

In Settings- Apps - enable “automatically update”

Or in the App Store- Purchased- will show your Apps and what recently updated. Look for your App to see if there’s an update for it.

Or delete Crave and reinstall it from the App Store.Move, delete and hide apps on your Apple TV - Apple Support

I don’t know the model of your Apple TV so if yours doesn’t have an App Store, you’re out of luck on using the App Store and updating Apps Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Not all apps have the same features in the devices they run on. So it’s up to Crave to update their Apps to work with current software and what it is they are including (user profiles etc)

If they have now updated to work with the most recent tvOS14, you should update to tvOS14
