my payment methods that are in the itunes store doesn't appear when i try to buy extra icloud storage ?

I have payed subscription using my current payment (region set to "Egypt") and i want to buy extra icloud storage but the payments i have doesn't show up as an option and when i try to another payment, i can't change the region from USA to Egypt.

Perhaps it is a payment method that cannot be used with your Apple ID -- Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support?
