Unable to download ECG app in UAE

I own the iPhone 11 Pro Max & Apple Watch 5 both purchased from the Apple store in UAE.

The ECG app was authorised for UAE in the last launch of the software.

The phone is running iOS 14 and the watch is on Watch OS 7.

I keep getting the error “ECG is not available in your region”

Requesting your suggestion to find a solution

ECG App Not Available in UAE I purchased my Apple Watch Series 5 in the USA. The ECG app was working fine over there. But when I came to the UAE, I reset my Apple Watch and it stopped working after that. When I try to install the app through the Watch App on my iPhone, it says "The ECG app is not available in your region". One of the main reasons I got the watch is to track the health data and to check ECG, unfortunately this does not seem to work. Whats the solution for this?

Apple Watch and ECG I live in Thailand and just updated my Apple Watch 6 with 7.3. This update is supposed to allow ECG to work here in Thailand. The App has appeared on my watch but when I try to install via my iphone I get the message "not available in your region" Any thoughts please
