My PowerBeats Pro are not notifying me of texts or calls

1. Is the device compatible in the first place? Check this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210406
2. Is the notification settings enabled? Check Notifications, then tap Announce Messages with Siri.
3. Do you have other iPhone to try your PowerBeats Pro? Try it on another phone to see.

If you still don’t hear Siri announcements

If you don’t hear Siri announcing your messages, try these steps:

1. Make sure that you're using a compatible device.
2. Make sure that your AirPods or compatible Beats headphones are paired to your device in Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Go to Settings > Notifications > Announce Messages with Siri and make sure Announce Messages with Siri is turned on. Then tap Messages and make sure that Announce Messages with Siri is turned on there too.
4. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is locked and its screen is dark. Siri doesn't announce messages if you're using your device.

If this does not help, try to contact Apple Support.

You can check if it is not properly connected. You can try to reset and resync the connection of the devices.
