Hello, I'm a bit curious about how safe to use VPN to download from App Store?
In other words, can someone intercept the download and put the 'bad app' instead of the right application to my device?

Yeah, that's safe, I would not recommend to use a VPN you do not trust however.
As there are a lot more implications like tracking your browsing.
But there is no way for a VPN to switch out your apps like that.

A vpn is essentially replacing Verizon or at&t as the first source your phone sends the deta to. Because it’s encrypted. You’re safe. Just find a vpn to pay for. Because if it’s free, your data is the product making them money.
