My iPhone, I am trying to upgrade to update 14 through iTunes, but after the backup stage it sends me a message that says there is an error and the update cannot be done due to an error (4000)

My iTunes is up to date btw ..
I know exactly what you say ,I know that I can update via Wi-Fi and I want to update via iTunes because that is better for the iphone
