"Other" Storage is over 30gbs!?

My other storage on my Iphone 8 is over 30gb's, I have done all the recommended things and even when I offloaded apps it increased the other storage!? Very frustrating and time consuming.

Update your iPhone, as per this support guide:--> Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Currently cannot update because not enough storage. Also kind of don't want to update to 14 yet as its probably going to be buggy...shouldn't have to do that because "all of a sudden" I have 30gb of other data rendering phone almost useless....
