Apple Ipad 3rd Gen
To anyone who can advise: I have an Ipad 3rd Gen (9.3.5) PLEASE!! In plain english ( am not a geek ) is there a simple way I can download IOS 10 or better on this device??

No, and there isn't a complicated way either. Its CPU is too old to run 10 or above.
