My phone is jailbroken?

I have USAA as my bank and just updated my iOS this morning. When I opened my USAA app, it gave me a message saying that my phone has been jailbroken...not sure what to do or think about that. I assume it's something gone wrong with the update? Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
