Why are my widgets so blurry

Why are my widgets so blurry and the screen time widget is so blurry it makes my screen and device seem so old so I don't use it. Like the calendar weather small widgets are blurry and the big screen time one is as well. I would love to use all these to there potential but i just cant stand looking at them.
