Thank you for that information. Did you also install any iOS updates as mentioned in the reply above? The latest iOS for the iPhone 12 is iOS 15.4.1. You can go to Settings > General > Software Updates to install any available updates.

Be sure to back up your data prior to updating. If you back up to iCloud, you can go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > iCloud Backup and tap Back Up Now to initiate a backup of your current data.

As this is a feature of the iOS and not in a particular app, there are only a couple troubleshooting steps you can do.

1. Restart your iPhone
2. Check for updates, Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

As there isn't a setting that could cause this, especially with the blurriness, if it persists after the above steps, you may want to Contact Apple Support or use this Get Support link for help with the iOS.
