iPhone XS ear speaker

So i had a buzzing sound and very low volume from my iPhone XS ear speaker . I contacted Apple support and they ran a diagnostic but they could not find any problem. So they asked me to go get it repaired from an Apple store . My phone is out of warranty . Is there any way i can solve this issue without going to get it repaired ?

P.S. I tried cleaning it :)
