Black spot on screen

So I have this black patch on my left side on the top left of my screen I just dropped it it was already cracked alittle its starting to glitch now it the iphone 11 what do I do?

Everything is good so far like the touch and everything except for the black spot. Get it fixed. It sounds like the LCD has been damaged.
