Turn it off, restart your phone, and turn it back on. You will be prompted to set it up again.
THIS DID NOT WORK! Now what?
IF by turned on you mean under siri/search the button listen for Hey Siri is turned on Yes
Got a Wi-Fi network?
Any further thoughts as to my issue

What is going on here. This should have worked but it didn’t.
Since these suggestions have not worked. Could you send me a new IOS 14
and we can try getting this one off and
hopefully the new one wont have this bug??
I’m a user like you, and this is a user-to-user forum. I can’t send you anything. You can restore your phone with a clean copy of iOS using iTunes on your computer.
