I'm new to Carplay, so if this is something that isn't available in Carplay please let me know. I have iOS 14 on my 2020 SE and have a dozen or so playlists in my library that I can see on the iPhone. When I plug it into my 2020 Subaru Outback, all I can see is a song that can be started and the ability to go to the next one. Shouldn't I be able to see playlists?
Have exactly the same problem. Media is empty on CarPlay. Also under “recently” it only shows official Apple Music playlists and not the ones I created.

This problem still exists with iOS 14.1.
I also already removed my car and paired it again.
Playlists are showing everywhere except for CarPlay.
