Unable to read the Windows partition

I tried downloading Windows 10 and it wasn't successful. After trying to do it again I get this message:

"Boot Camp Assistant was unable to verify if the Windows partition contains a Windows installation. This may be because BitLocker is enabled on the partition. If so, disable BitLocker on the disk before removing Boot Camp."

I know this was answered in a previous post, but I'm unsure on how to view what my diskutil reads or how to run "diskutil erasevolume free free disk0s3."

Plese help.
