Mirror front camera option is not available in iPhone 8 after upgrading to iOS 14

It will not work on an iPhone 8. The Mirror Front Camera is available on iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and later.

It’s such a basic feature .. then also not available on all the iPhones that support iOS 14 . That’s quite weird ..
