I tried to back up my MacBook Air with Time Machine but it got stuck at Preparing for Back Up for a couple of hours. I opened the Console app and filtered by name 'backupd' and sees it keeps outputting the error 'zero fileid for (00000003)'. Any idea how to resole this?
