iOS 14 spotlight search, also phone heats up

When I try to sea he for apps in spotlight search the screen blurs.


Also when I play games or videos the phone heats up.


my device: iPhone 11 Pro Max (256gb)

When you say the screen blurs when you search, are you saying that your background image blurs after you swipe down to bring up the Search bar? You can see an example of this in the image in the "Swipe to search" section here: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If so, that would be normal. If you're seeing something else, try to Restart your iPhone and test again. Does that help?


Regarding device temperature, generally speaking, it's normal for your device to become warm while in use, particularly if you're using graphic-intensive features and functions. This link has more information for your reference: Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures
