Your profile shows that your phone is running iOS 13.

If you update to iOS 14, you will see the Apps Library as the very last Home Screen on your phone. You have to swipe from right to left to get to the last screen.

If you want to see the new widgets screen, swipe from left to right while you are on your first Home Screen.
