i have noticed 3 new top right icons after downloading ios14, a phone like symbol with two grey dots next too it with one of the grey dots being slightly bigger. These new icons are above the wifi symbol. i have searched but cant find any answers??? Have attached a photo for your reference

Because the symbols you are asking about appear to be part of the background, not an icon.
