I use the term fix loosely! It was a lot of work. I went under settings-general-profiles and deleted all the fonts that were there. I deleted iFont and anyfont apps. Powered off my iPad and after powering back on I downloaded iFont app back to my iPad. (I prefer the ifont app) In the ifont app I went to dafont and downloaded several fonts. Download them from ifont to my iPad. Go to settings and installed them. They showed up under profiles like they were before but this time I could actually use them in Design Space app like I had prior to the update. Hope that makes sense. I’m no techy but I really needed my fonts back!

I have exactly this issue. I have hundreds of paid for fonts downloaded onto my iPad, which is my main computer, and now none of them, not ONE OF THEM, are accessible. All my carefully formatted files have been completely ruined because the fonts I careful chose for each section have been DELETED BY APPPLE!!! Absolutely FURIOUS. MESSAGE TO APPLE: SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY! We are your loyal customers and you do this to us? This is absolutely unacceptable.

I just encountered this with the 14.2 update. The update caused problems with family sharing, it seemed like I suddenly prevented purchases. Then I just went to continue to work on a term paper that’s in a required font, and I have no fonts. I did not have an app I installed them from Times New Roman was always available, until yesterday afternoon. I didn’t notice a resolution posted, but really hope there is.

I have 30 years of work in Greek and Hebrew. I am experiencing the same problem that my fonts that I used for years no longer work. If something doesn’t change my IPad Pro is nothing but a paper weight to me. This is your fault since the only thing that changed was you iOS 14,2. Trying to blame apps is ridiculous since your changes created the problem!!!

So what the **** can we do about it. I have a launch deadline.

Surely this is costing people a **** of a lot of money. I'm one person and it if f****** me up massively. Utterly fuming about this. I bought my ipad a few weeks ago, in order to do this project, as apple are supposed to be the best. Yet they do an upgrade that does this people. I get the developers need to get there *** on gear too, but apple choose to make this an issue with its update.

What do I do now?
