Updated my Apple Watch yesterday to most recent update and now when I workout my watch pauses and Keeps pausing every thirty seconds no matter the workout.
my bpm is up to 180 and it still pauses. Watch is configured correctly and worn fitted.

It seems you're having trouble tracking your workouts and we can help.
Is your Apple Watch displaying a screen that asks you to pause or end the workout, or is it pausing by itself?
If your Apple Watch is pausing, make sure nothing is coming into contact with the screen and causing a the pause.
You can also try to unpair/pair the Apple Watch:

If your Apple Watch is actually pausing the activity it might then there could be some sort of issue with the touch response.

I tried these steps and it still does not work. Keeps pausing every 10-30 seconds during a workout no matter the bpm
Also it’s pausing by itself during workout. Not pausing and asking if the workout ended.
