Endless review loop

All right so I have an iPhone 6s and I was trying to download some free apps for my phone and it kept on giving me this

And I entered my password multiple times and it gave me a loop of reviews


help?

See if anything here helps.


Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there.


Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information


 Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
