apple replaced my ipad but did not move my sim card over - now what?

what do I do if the apple store did not move my sim card over from my ipad 6th generation to another ipad 6th generation? they took my original ipad already and I forgot to ask them about this.

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular

If you have failed to remove your SIM card from your device before handing it over, you will need to contact your Cellular Carrier for a replacement SIM.

Your old SIM will need to be cancelled - and a new SIM provided by your Carrier for your Cellular plan.
