Locked out of Icloud account.

Hi, so I'm trying to get into my old apple Icloud from my old iphone but I set up the two factor verification. But I no longer have the number that I used for it, so is there a way I can get into my old account?

Sounds like you might need account recovery -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
