Photo library not showing up as a option for Desktop and Screen Saver in system

So I accidentally did something with my previous photo library and ever since that, I can never change my desktop from my photo library but from a folder I created. ( I did create a new photo library though) I want to know how do we make photo library available for desktop changes. I have the MacBook Air, model A2179, macOS Catalina, version 10.15.6.

You really need to learn how to take a screenshot to make it easier to get an good image added to a reply:

How to take a screenshot on your Mac

(⌘⬆︎3) Command-Shift-3         Capture the screen to a file
(⌘⬆︎⌃3) Command-Shift-Control-3 Capture the screen to the Clipboard
(⌘⬆︎4) Command-Shift-4         Capture a selection to a file
(⌘⬆︎⌃4) Command-Shift-Control-4 Capture a selection to the Clipboard
(⌘⬆︎5) Command-Shift-5         Invoke new screen grabber

The library is only represented by the name "Photos" and not the icon:

That's normal
