Unable to download iOS 14?

I am stuck on IOS 13.7, and IOS 14 doesn’t even show up in my Software Updates. I have an 8 so im compatible with the update, but I can’t download it for some reason. Any suggestions?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Have you checked under SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> PROFILES, and see if you have any BETA profiles. if so, remove and re-scan for updates. Just did this for myself and it worked.
