Can i pair to apple watches that have seperate phone numbers to the same Iphone?

I have a series 5 and a soon to have a series 6 apple watch. I would like to know if I can pair the 2 watches to my iphone and still get phone calls on either watch if I leave the phone behind?

Yes, you can pair more than one watch to a single phone. And assuming the watches are cellular models, both will work away from the phone.
