My phone showed a blue ONE word in the top left corner and a couple blue circles in the top right corner. What does this mean? It also said Image in the top center of the phone.

It means those elements are on the background picture you are using.

I went through my photos, the original pic I took which I used as my screen background doesn’t have those blue markings on it.
