iOS Software update thru cellular network connection

You cannot do an iOS update through cellular. You need to have Wifi or if you don't have Wifi, use your home computer and update using iTunes.

You need WiFi with internet.

You cannot do the update over a cellular network. It must be done by WiFi or through your computer.
