Apple Watch will not erase

I have tried ever process on google and spoke with a tech and still I can not unlock my watch.

things tried:

*placing on charger and doing content erase/reset

*going into setting and using find my watch and trying to force an erase as if it was stolen•

*going into the app setting and changing the password

all steps you can find online I have tried the phone still says can’t unlock without putting it on and unlocking the phone which does not work.

can you help me!

I can't unlock or pair my Apple Watch Hello i found my apple watch from a while ago and ive tried to enter in all the passwords i could think of and nothing ive tried so much when i fail it locks me out for 25 mins. i tried erasing the whole thing and when i do nothing happens. Series 3 incase that has anything to do with it. It is also unpaired and i cant figure out how to pair it again because when i use the camera it just says cannot be paired and tells me to check a bunch of things which i did. Keep in mind i havent used this thing in years and could really use some help. The time and date are also completely off and i just really hope somebody can help me. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

HELP!! How can I re-connect to with my phone. Apple watch is LOCKED, stating that I need to use my phone to unlock it. I've not used the device since my prior iphone was upgraded apparently as my device is not listed on my phone app. I cannot ADD the watch. I tried from CLOUD and also not able. I've tried all reset options from watch, I've tried to RESET but never get to that option.but just get the unlock message or the power off. I did get to the big red exclamation ! screen after holding a combination for a LONG time to get to the reset button but still no reset option. I am behond frustrated. Tried submitted a ERASE, but that is PENDING since it is not connected to the phone. Devise is charged I've tried everything that i can find in the instructions
