I can't unlock or pair my Apple Watch

Hello i found my apple watch from a while ago and ive tried to enter in all the passwords i could think of and nothing ive tried so much when i fail it locks me out for 25 mins. i tried erasing the whole thing and when i do nothing happens. Series 3 incase that has anything to do with it. It is also unpaired and i cant figure out how to pair it again because when i use the camera it just says cannot be paired and tells me to check a bunch of things which i did. Keep in mind i havent used this thing in years and could really use some help. The time and date are also completely off and i just really hope somebody can help me.
