I can’t back up my phone

I can’t make a back up of my iPhone, It says that I don’t have enough space but last time I checked I had 5GB and only used 65mb

What’s app back up Hi my what’s app back up is stuck on preparing for a week now. I have checked the iCloud and storage space, toggled the what’s app on iCloud off then on again, reset network settings etc but nothing works. I have more than enough space left too as I’m on 200gb

If a backup cannot be created -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
